Digital Product Purchases

Since our products are digital MP3 audiobook summaries, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made and the product is delivered, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. We encourage you to review product descriptions and details carefully before making a purchase.

Subscription Cancellations

For customers who subscribe to our audiobook summary service:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, you will still have access to the service until the billing period ends. No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are only available within the first 14 days after the purchase. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be issued, but you will retain access to the service until the end of the current annual period.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account, navigate to the subscription settings, and follow the cancellation process. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
